A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
add the button.

Does it work with WordPress?

Yes. With WPCode, put your ReachButton code in Header & Footer → Footer and save. Your dashboard includes the instructions, plus guidance if Wordfence flags the save.

Will it match my website?

You choose the button colour, position, display name, short message and profile image. Your visitors see your business’s details.

Does ReachButton handle my messages?

Your contact options open your existing channels: a call, text, WhatsApp, Messenger, email or your contact form. You receive and reply to messages in the services you already use.

What happens when I change a contact detail?

Save it in your dashboard. The widget uses the new settings when a visitor next loads a page. You don’t need to replace the installation code for routine changes.

How much will it cost?

Each account gets one free seven-day trial on one website, starting when you activate it. Additional websites require a purchase. Then pay £19.95 once per website to keep it working. This is the total price; no VAT is charged. No annual subscription and no automatic charge.
