One trial per account, on one website
Create your account and design your button before starting the clock. Your seven-day trial begins when you activate it for a website in your dashboard. A card is not required to start the trial, and ReachButton does not charge you automatically when it ends.
Each account has one trial. Additional websites require a purchase, and a refund does not reset your trial eligibility. If you purchase before starting a trial, that also uses the account’s trial eligibility. Pausing the button does not extend the trial period.
What the £19.95 purchase includes
The one-off price applies to one website domain. It includes your chosen contact options, custom colours and wording, your logo or profile image, corner positioning, the dashboard preview and ongoing settings changes while the service operates.
You can include telephone, text, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and a link to your contact form. You do not pay a separate ReachButton charge for each contact option. External services and any phone or data charges continue to follow their own arrangements.
The total price, with no subscription
£19.95 GBP is the total ReachButton checkout charge for one website. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Payment is handled through PayPal, with the available payment methods shown at checkout.
There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. If you manage several websites, each additional domain requires its own £19.95 purchase. You cannot transfer a purchase to another domain through the dashboard; contact support if your business changes its domain.
What happens when the trial ends?
The installed widget stops displaying unless you purchase that website. Your saved settings remain in the dashboard, so you can purchase later without rebuilding your design. You are choosing whether to pay; the trial does not silently turn into a bill.
A purchase enables the current hosted contact-widget service for that domain while ReachButton operates. It is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting. Our service terms explain availability, support and what happens if the service closes.
Refunds and support
If ReachButton is unsuitable, contact support@reachbutton.com within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your account email, website and payment reference so we can identify the purchase. Our service terms set out the refund policy and any applicable statutory rights.
A refunded or reversed purchase stops paid widget access for that website and does not create another trial. Installation guidance is included. Personal installation work and unlimited individual support are not included; contact us if the service itself is not working.
