Reach Button is operated by David Lalor, trading as Lalor’s Products & Training, of 26 Wrose Grove, Wrose, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD2 1PQ.
ReachButton provides a hosted contact widget and settings dashboard for business websites. Contact us at support@reachbutton.com.
Your seven-day trial
Design your button without starting the clock. The trial begins when you click Activate seven-day trial for a website in your dashboard. Each account gets one seven-day trial on one website. Additional websites require a £19.95 one-off purchase. Purchasing before starting a trial also uses the account’s trial eligibility. At expiry, the installed widget stops displaying unless that website has been purchased. Your settings remain saved.
One-off website purchase
The total checkout charge is £19.95 GBP for one website. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The purchase enables the current contact-widget service for that domain while ReachButton operates. It is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting. You cannot transfer the purchase to another domain through the dashboard. Contact us if your business changes its domain.
Service availability and support
Installation guides are included. Personal installation work and unlimited individual support are not included. Contact us for help if the service itself is not working. We maintain the service, but interruptions can occur and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If we decide to close the service, we will give account holders at least 90 days’ notice where reasonably possible. A purchase made within 90 days before closure will be refunded.
Refund requests
If ReachButton is unsuitable, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Include your account email, website and payment reference. A refunded or reversed purchase stops paid widget access for that website. This policy does not limit any applicable statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
Only add a widget to a website you own or are authorised to manage. Keep account credentials safe and use accurate contact details. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity, or attempt to evade trial restrictions. We may suspend misuse. Calls and messages are handled through the external services you choose, rather than by ReachButton.
Changes
New purchase prices apply to future purchases. Material changes to these service terms will be communicated to affected account holders. Privacy information is available here.
