Create named schedules for staff, teams or services. Give each its own availability, duration and Google Calendar. Shared resources prevent overlaps; independent staff can accept appointments at the same time.

Offer phone calls, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, appointments at your premises or visits to the customer’s address. Choose the wording for each appointment. Choose your appointment duration, working hours, gaps and minimum notice. Review each request before confirming it.
Fits your website
Add scheduling inside your existing Reach Button, or embed the calendar on a dedicated page. Choose colours for buttons, button text, page background, form background and page text.
Connected to your calendar
Connect a Google account, then select an owned calendar for each schedule to check availability and add confirmed appointments. Google Meet links are created automatically. For Microsoft Teams, supply your own meeting link. Phone appointments collect the customer’s number so you can call them.
Request, review, confirm
Customers choose an available time and leave their details. You approve the request, then confirmation and reminder emails help everyone keep track.
